Your Letter of Intent is required by U.S. Customs to participate in AES. It should be printed on your company letterhead and signed by a company officer. Please fax your Letter of Intent to us at 301-562-7795, and we will forward it to AES.

- Are you currently an AERP Participant? What is your AERP symbol
- Forwarders/Brokers, Indicate the number of Exporters you file export information for
- U.S. Ports to be utilized
- Average monthly volume of shipments
- Average monthly value of shipments
- Filer Code - EIN, SSN, DUNS, SCAC (Indicate all that apply)
- Modes of transportation used for export shipments (Air, Vessel, Truck, Rail, Etc.)
- Types of merchandise exported
- Types of licenses and permits
- Anticipated Implementation Date
Please make sure that your Letter of Intent is printed in a large enough font (~12 pt) to be readable after faxing
